Cochise Towing & Roadside is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dispatcher to join our team in Cochise/Bisbee, AZ. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first line of contact for our customers in need, providing exceptional service and dispatching help efficiently.

The Role:

Fast-paced environment: Respond to calls from customers experiencing roadside emergencies.

Problem-solver: Assess customer needs, dispatch the right crew, and provide clear instructions.

Customer Champion: Deliver exceptional service, de-escalate stressful situations, and build trust.

Team Player: Collaborate with drivers and ensure smooth operations.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: Maintain accurate records and dispatch logs.
