Cochise Towing & Roadside is seeking dedicated and reliable Tow, Roadside Operators to join our team in the Cochise County/Bisbee, AZ areas. This is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of the Cochise Towing family, providing essential roadside assistance to our community.

About The Job:

This demanding role requires physical stamina, mental focus, and the ability to work long hours under pressure. Calls can come in at any time, and you must be flexible with overtime and on-call shifts. Travel for extended periods may also be necessary (with compensation provided).

A part of your typical duties might entail some of the following:

Responding to roadside assistance calls, including towing disabled vehicles, winching vehicles out of ditches, and jump-starting batteries.

Operate a tow / service truck safely and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service while treating all customers with respect.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing Cochise Towing positively.

Complete paperwork and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

At least 25 Years of Age.

Valid Driver's License (Class A or B an advantage).

Clean driving record (No DUI or felonies in the last 10 years).

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Available to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Willing to work from a satellite base for up to a week at a time (occasional/rotating shift, eg: 4 days on 4 days off).
